Possible Targets

Two ways to find who to pursue next: companies already in HubSpot showing engagement, and net-new companies discovered from trade press that fit SQUAN's profile. Neither is on your target list yet.

From HubSpot

Companies in HubSpot with buyer intent, an engaged lifecycle stage, or recent sales activity — ranked by warmth.

Discover new (research)

Search trade press, BEAD/RDOF awards, funding, and M&A for real companies that fit SQUAN and aren't targets yet. Optionally narrow by segment, region, or program.

Deployment reach

Coverage Check

Enter a service location — a full address or just “City, ST” — to see how far it is from your nearest deployment center. Inside the ideal range is well-suited to small FTTH/FTTP jobs; beyond it would likely mean standing up a new deployment center.

Tradeshow Targets

Upload an attendee list (Excel or CSV) from a trade show. The system researches each company and ranks them as SQUAN targets — first on geography and strategic value (are they near a deployment center, and do they build the kind of network SQUAN constructs?), then on supporting signals like recent build momentum and funding.

Contact Finder

Research publicly available business contacts at a target company: names, titles, work emails and phone numbers for the decision-makers who matter to a fiber/network build. Enter a company and domain to start.

Find a specific person

Look up one named person — their current title/employer, work email, phone and LinkedIn. Adding the company & domain sharpens the result and the email validation.

Bulk: company list → validated contacts

Paste company names (one per line), or upload a CSV/Excel and map its columns. Each company is researched for decision-makers and every email is validated with ZeroBounce; invalid and do-not-mail contacts are excluded. Exports a validated-contacts Excel. No HubSpot records are created.
When you upload a file you can map a Company column (required) plus optional Name and Title columns — any row with a name and/or title researches that specific person/title at its company instead of the full decision-maker sweep. Tick “Search contacts included in file exclusively” to research only the people you listed and skip companies with no named contact.

Results are researched from public sources and may be incomplete or out of date. Verify before outreach, and use contact data in line with applicable privacy and anti-spam rules (e.g. CAN-SPAM, GDPR/CCPA).
